We manage projects as a whole: from design and routing through rough-in installation to final assembly, distribution board and inspection. One responsible master electrician from start to finish.

How an order proceeds

Node 01

Enquiry and site inspection

Contact us via the form or by phone. We will arrange an inspection within 24 hours, for new builds, the project documentation is sufficient.

Node 02

Fixed-price quotation

Itemised budget broken down by individual circuits and rooms. The offer is binding; any additional work requires prior approval.

Node 03

Rough installation

Routing, boxes, pulling conductors. We coordinate with bricklayers, drywallers and heating engineers to ensure the trades follow on without gaps.

Node 04

Completion and distribution board

Installation of sockets, switches and light fittings, wiring and labelling of the distribution board. Every circuit is marked so that another electrician can understand it even twenty years later.

Node 05

Inspection and handover

The initial inspection report is included in the price. We will hand over the as-built documentation and the distribution board schematic.

What you are asking about

How much does a complete electrical installation for a 2+1 apartment cost?

For an apartment of around 55 m², budget approximately from 110 000 Kč excluding VAT for a complete replacement of the wiring including the distribution board and inspection. The exact price will be determined after an on-site survey: the number of points, wall material and scope of low-voltage work are decisive factors.

How long does an electrical installation renovation take?

Rough installation in a 2+1 apartment typically takes 4-6 working days, with final completion after painting requiring another 2-3 days. For new-build detached houses, we follow the construction schedule.

I have old aluminium distribution pipes. Do I need to replace them?

Aluminium from the 60s to 80s is at the end of its service life, joints are loosening and overheating is a risk. If you are planning a renovation, replacing the distribution lines is the first thing we recommend. We will assess the condition during a free inspection.

Are you preparing the house for photovoltaics and a wallbox?

Yes. For new builds we standardly design a reserve in the distribution board, cable routes for PV systems and an outlet for a wallbox, subsequent retrofits are always more expensive than preparation during construction.

Do you take on smaller jobs too?

Our work covers entire buildings and complete refurbishments. We take on smaller repairs depending on capacity, write to us about your issue and we will let you know if we can attend to you.

Praha and Central Bohemia. For larger projects (new builds, commercial properties), we can arrange work anywhere in the country.
