Scope 01 · new-build family homes

Electrical installation new builds of a detached house

Electrical installation is the nervous system of a house, and it is most cost-effective to do it once and properly during construction. We supply complete high-voltage and low-voltage systems according to the project plan, with capacity reserved for technologies that will arrive in ten years.

What we supply in new builds

An electrician installs wiring in the rough construction phase of a detached house.
Rough-in installation · coordination with other trades is part of the work

Price of electrical installation for a new build

As a rough estimate, calculate from 1 550 Kč per m² of floor area excluding VAT for complete high-voltage and basic low-voltage work. A 4+1 apartment with 120 m² therefore costs approximately from 190 000 Kč including the distribution board and inspection. Based on the project documentation, we will prepare a fixed itemised budget: usually within a week.

Why address preparation for PV systems and wallboxes immediately

Retrofitting routes through a completed building means breaking up walls, dust and additional costs running into tens of thousands. An extra pipe during the rough-in stage costs a few hundred Kč. That is why we standardly design every new build with a spare circuit in the distribution board and routes for photovoltaics, battery storage and car charging, even if you do not use them yet.

How cooperation works

Ideally, involve us at the project stage. We will review the documentation and add what designers commonly underestimate (number of sockets in the kitchen, circuits for the workshop, outdoor outlets). On site, we adhere to the schedule: rough-in after bricklaying, final assembly after painting, inspection before commissioning. We coordinate dates directly with the site manager.
